• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

• I aim to dispatch orders within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Risk and ownership of the artwork pass to you upon dispatch.

• Commissions are made to order. A 50% deposit is usually required to begin work.

• Lead times will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.

• Changes after approval of the design may incur additional costs.

• Final pieces may vary slightly from mock-ups due to the handmade nature of the work.

• Because all artworks are handmade and often made to order, I do not offer returns or refunds unless the work arrives damaged or is faulty.

• Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

• For bespoke commissions, once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

• All artworks, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Emmeli Kimhi.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works without my written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the value of the purchased artwork.
