Paper flower workshops
I run private workshops for brands, studios and small groups who want to make something together. I bring everything with me: the paper (often hand-dyed for the occasion), the tools, a printed guide for every guest and a few finished flowers to work from. You bring the people and the space.
Most recently I hosted a poppy workshop for Sister by Studio Ashby at their Blewcoat open house. I dyed the paper beforehand in colours we’d planned together, set a long table for their guests, and everyone went home with a poppy they’d made with their own hands.
Before that, I ran a breakfast workshop at Silva in London for Le Labo and Harrods, to launch their fragrance Geranium 33. A table of beauty editors each made a paper rose and a geranium to take home.
How it works

Roughly how many people, when and where, and what the occasion is. I’ll come back within 48 hours with an idea for the flower, the colours and a price.

Before the day the paper is cut, dyed and sorted, and each place is set with what that person needs: paper, wire, tools and a printed guide to follow.

I teach, help and keep things moving. Sessions run for two to four hours, and nobody needs to have done this before.

Paper flowers don’t need water and won’t wilt. Keep them out of strong direct sun and they’ll last for years.

Or take a few stems home
One of my favourites to make. Icelandic poppies have this wild, loose quality — petals that look like they've just opened, slightly crumpled, catching light differently depending on the angle. This version is made from 60g Italian crepe paper and comes in pink, yellow, orange, or red.
Each stem is around 50cm tall with a flower head of 10–12cm. No two come out exactly the same, which is kind of the point.
They look great on their own but three together in different colours is something else entirely.

Daffodils are one of those flowers that look deceptively simple until you try to make one. The trumpet centre, the layered petals, the way the whole thing seems to twist slightly toward the light — getting that right in paper takes time.
Each set of three is hand-cut, painted and shaped in my studio from Italian crepe paper. No two sets come out exactly the same — the colours shift from crisp white with yellow centres to deep golden yellow with warm orange-red trumpets, and I'll pick the combination that works best together when I make yours.
Wired stems with hand-crafted leaves, around 50cm tall. They won't wilt, won't drop petals, won't need water. Just put them somewhere you'll actually see them.

One-of-a-kind — not repeated
Peonies are one of the hardest flowers to get right in paper — there's so much going on. The Claire de Lune variety has these creamy white petals with the faintest blush running through them, and a centre packed with golden-orange stamens tipped in red. Getting that centre right takes almost as long as the whole flower.
Each one is hand-cut from Italian crepe paper, shaped petal by petal, with a stem of around 50cm and a couple of green leaves. No two come out exactly the same — the way the petals open and curl varies each time.
On its own it's lovely. Three together in a wide vase is a different thing entirely.

One of a kind — each peony is unique
The rose is probably one of the flowers I'm best known for, and it's the one I've made the most versions of over the years. Each petal is hand-cut and shaped individually from double-layered Italian crepe paper — the double layer is what gives it that slight translucency and depth you don't get from a single sheet.
Available in white, yellow, pink, or red. Around 50cm tall with a wired stem and handmade leaves. The stem bends, so you can adjust the angle once it arrives.
Each one comes out slightly differently. Same flower, same process, but never exactly the same rose twice.
